Creative intelligence can be methodically promoted by solving concrete problems through playful-experimental strategies (innovation). The focus is neither on the result (analysis) nor on the concept (practice) – the focus is solely on the creative process (creation).
Certain creative strategies can be used to initiate a question-and-answer process in dialog from which an unforeseen variety of solutions can develop (diversity). By relating to the problem, new ideas and imaginative inventions thus become viable ideas whose solution potential can be checked and evaluated at any time at work (spontaneity).

At Bauhaus, the focus in the preliminary course was strongly placed on elementary form theory and material studies. People often shy away from working with material. The lack of materials, tools and suitable workrooms creates the first obstacles in our minds.
